At ReLEAF, our vision is to transform the agricultural landscape of Europe by promoting the widespread adoption of bio-based fertilisers derived from waste streams. We see a future where Europe is no longer dependent on foreign supply chains for critical agricultural inputs, and where waste is no longer viewed as a burden, but as a valuable resource.
We envision a circular economy where waste streams such as sewage sludge, fish processing waste, and agri-food residues are seamlessly transformed into high-quality, cost-effective fertilisers. These fertilisers will not only reduce the environmental impact of traditional fertiliser production but also enhance the resilience of European soils and agricultural systems.
